What's the name of the woman stripping completely naked in a public place?

I found this video on ThisVid.com (

The girl is filmed by her boyfriend and strips off her shirt and yoga pants to get completely naked in a public place with some people around (looks like some kind of station or mall, maybe a museum/gallery, definitely indoors). Afterwards she puts on a white fishnet dress. During the dress change she and the cameraman say some short sentences in a foreign language (sounds European, maybe slavic or something like that, i can't really distinguish between the words).

Does anyone know the source of this video? Is there more of this girl?
Or at least can anyone identify the location or the language that is spoken in the video?
