Found a cleaner upload of this video. Seems to be a scene from an erotic movie/TV show. The male is Francesco Malcom, I'm guessing sometime between 2005 and 2010. I've scoured his acting history on every source I can find and nothing matches up so far.

OK, found it. Finally.
The actress actually is Alexandra Portman and it's an erotic short from 2010. This seems like the only thing she's done, and probably the only thing the small production team did. I can't find any other info about the production company or crew. Bummer, cuz it's pretty good!

Unfortunately, the AZnude upload appears to be mislabeled. This scene definitely isn't in the 1995 movie Elisa and Alexandra Portman doesn't seem to exist (the profile pic on AZnude is actually Mischa Barton).
