Seeing how this is a compilation from a lot of different sources, from a now long defunct publisher, and from the early 2000s, I'd say your chance of finding a rip of this is slim to none. You may be better off either buying a used copy (link below), or trying to identify the scenes on the back cover, correlating them with the names credited, and go from there.
