Can anyone identify this girl?

I stumbled across this chick a few days ago and I'm hopeful someone can tell me who she is. I've seen her before, but its been some time ago. Also, it's worth mentioning that there is another similar video out there with a completely different girl, same body/build, hair, etc., but it's definitely not the girl in this pic.
