What’s the name of this woman/ any links to the video?

Saw this picture off of Xfree.com when you search for ‘spitroasted’ on google. But when you click on the link it doesn’t show any videos with this thumbnail on the page. Tried looking but couldn’t find anything. If anyone has a link to this video or the name of the lady, that would be much appreciated.
