who is this or where is this video from???

I saw this video on an instagram edit for some reason when I woke up, and only was able to take a screenshot before it reset. It doesn't show up in my history and no reverse image works. If anyone can tell me who she is, what's the name of the video, or even link me back to the instagram edit. I'll be forever grateful.
