So I did a Yandex search and also noticed that the pic uploaded had a watermark saying "Licensed to AuntJudys.com" . I went through all 51 pages of their models but didn't find this one.
The second link below has data on the photoshoot, but left the model name blank. So, sadly, I have to go with Unknown for this one.
