Who is this BBW in the Red Versace Robe and where can I find the video for this?

This picture with her and the potential BBC constantly shows up on X/Twitter and Facebook at times. I'm surprised nobody has put this picture on this site yet. Sometimes there's a picture of her in a black robe however I do believe the red is the true image.
