What is the name of this horror/thriller movie?

Movie found here ( with title "Village man forced nudity a woman to getting the man" and description "Young college students become witnessing of brutal killing a local man. The killer go after them to take girls and kill mans." Has a scene where a brunette woman takes off her dress to have sex with a man in the woods, and another where a group of men hold a woman hostage, ripping open her shirt, to get her boyfriend named "Rodger" to come out of hiding. Maybe from late 1980s, early 1990s?
