"Nina and Laura". This video is ancient but I've never known where it's from or who they are, if they're even pros/did any other scenes, just their names and that it is 17:30 long. I'm also hoping to find a higher quality version, though given this has been out since the early 2000's and 1080p wasn't even a thing yet, I'm not holding my breath.

And yes your hope of finding a version of the video in a higher resolution other than 480p. Your seriously out of luck i am afraid to say. The highest i came across while searching was 480p which is basically DVD resolution.
