What is the name of this cam couple?

The name of the couple is/was Tittiedick on Chaturbate back in 2013 - they are long gone and inactive.

When I searched for the original screencapture, I found the following (private) clip that looks similar and mentions the name in the title of the clip:

And when I searched for the name, I found a few other clips that seem to be (edited) recordings of the original cam shows. There's a long single one from April 2013 in 4 parts here:

To my surprise, it actually was - there are 15 archived pages from 2013 and 2014. The most informative is this one:

As you can see, there is some more personal info about them, and they had a twitter account that still exists (but it's private and looks inactive):
