According to the wayback machine, the (now defunct) account was active from 2015 to 2017 - the main page was archived 36 times until 2019 (a few results are archived pages of the dead tumblr page after 2017). As you can see, the profile picture is a coloured cropped version of OPs picture:

As you can read, according to the tumblr bio, he was "Male," "20" in June 2015, and from "Italy." He also wrote that he posts "pics of me and stuff i find trough other blogs," which means not all pics are by/of/with him.

Clicking through the archived pages is a real pain today - it's sooooooo slow! :-( But you can see many pics of him/them via website tumblrgallery here on this page:

You can clearly spot his tattoos in many of the pics, but I'm not sure it's always the same girl with him. But some of them are tagged with "#me #us" - for examples:
