Does anyone recognise these two women?

I saw this picture of an older woman and younger one in a partly-nude selfie on Imaglr. I feel like I've seen the younger girl in the right before in something, but can't remember what. Anyone know who either of them is and where this comes from, can't find anything with reverse searches.
