This site is becoming somewhat pointless, questions answered no points received
As the header says, a user uses bandwidth to find the correct answer and people do not give the points, i'm starting wonder why i bother.

Firstly, you need to give more information in your answers.
You are supposed to provide proof links to enable others to confirm you answer is correct. You seem to provide a name only.
You need to answer the questions properly. You responded to a question asking for the name of a porn star & the video.
You gave the name of the star only. You then posted the next day asking for the question to be accepted as correct. Fortunately, another user supplied the video details. The OP marked your answer as correct & you got the points, but you didn't deserve them.
The easiest way to get points is for the OP to accept your answer. However, this doesn't work very well in the long run. It might be ok if you're answering new questions but when you start answering old questions the OP is often long gone.
You need to make sure other users notice your answers & confirm them.
By far the best way to do this is to submit your answers to the Confirm Thread.
You've been on the site 10 months & haven't once submitted an answer to this thread.
