so i think i may have figured out AT LEAST the origin of the sound. it's very hard to explain but bear with me.
i think the origin of the dance is from a girl named Liisa_Lovelly as said by Lieben, but looking at the audio it seems like people are doing a trend of overlaying or editing her videos with ai.
