Who is this brunette with random small tattoos?

Note: I'm posting this as a answer because I need to provide images for comparison.
I'm afraid it's an Ai Generated / photoshopped

I found the request image, spammed on several fake OF accounts.

There are some inconsistencies between some physical parts and tattoos based on the pose she assumed

If we split the image in the request into:
A = Left image;
B = Top right image;
C = Bottom right image.

Inconsistencies A-C:
- Breasts come in different shapes and sizes;
- The shoulder tattoos don't match (even assuming a mirror - image, taking into account the thigh tattoo).
- The face in A appears modified, as does the groin;
- By enlarging the image you can clearly see the edges of the image overlay (especially the tattoos and breasts)

Inconsistencies B-C:
-The tattoos don't match (Thigh tattoos, B's looks like the scribbles you make when the pen isn't writing).

Here too, if divided like the previous one:
D = Left image;
E = Top right image;
F = Bottom right image.

Inconsistencies D:
- On the mouth/finger, the cut/paste line of the image is clearly visible;
- The breast has been added (the tattoo looks like it's forming a step on the right breast).

Inconsistencies E:
- The face, especially the left eye area, appears altered;
- The breast is smaller than D.
