I saw this uploaded to a site in a screencapture where someone just stole and uploaded a bunch of pictures and videos of other people. I tried putting it through detection software but none of them could use gifs. I would just like to know if this is ai or not, and if it isn't, who is it? But it looks like ai.

The movement is the most significant indicator (more noticeable in the original video below because of a higher frame rate). There are also minor inconsistencies in the hair and background.
