I saw this picture in a facebook post. No name or link provided, it just made a reference to this being a job interview. The video seems to be set as a POV casting or interview.

I tried reverse search on a couple of sites and got a couple more pictures of a redhead that may be the same girl showing here, so she might have her hair red in some videos as well.
