My guess is that it was AI also, but Ive ran it through several AI image detectors and its coming back as "Likely Real" at around 85% real.
So maybe it was just edited.
But there are some things that scream AI to me like the weird hand, the weird nipple, and the face and head just seem off.
But not sure.
