Does anyone know the scene or the names ?

I have been searching for the origin of this scene, its name, or the names of the actors/actresses for months without success. It looks like a scene of European origin depicting a wedding ?
Several months ago, I downloaded the entire scene, which is about 20 minutes long, but I can't find the source.
As I am new and have a low level, I cannot upload it.
