Looking for full scene/clip of this video???

This image is from some spanish or mexican series, the image was a thumbnail to an old youtube video many years, the title 'KAMASUTRA 3D' is misleading and clickbait but I remember watching the full scene to the image. That much I remember 100% correctly that it belongs to some TV series, like those long running spanish ones or it could be Mexican, or somewhere else from South America.
