I’ll say it again: this photo has basically become a meme by now. I understand Poire’s response, because around ten years ago, when I first searched for it while I was active on NTPS, I too mistook it for Chelsea at first glance. But neither I nor anyone else ever found any evidence that it was her. It’s clear that the morphing on the original photo was done to make it resemble Chelsea’s breasts.
