Hi, the image is altered, but I would still like to know which artist, comic, or manga

Sorry, I know it’s not right to use screenshots, however the website where I got the image from does not allow downloads. It’s an image of a profile, and I have removed all traces of personal information from it, but I would love to know which artist created it or in which comic or manga it appears. I have no intention of causing any problems; it’s just that I can’t find a way to download the clean image. I’ve tried a lot and don’t know what else to do. Thank you very much. PD: The image was captured from my PC, not from my phone.
