Who is she & what nationality, but more importantly, WHO DOES SHE RESEMBLE?

Who is this slender beauty? It's weird but I had an instant sense of recognition, but I'm sure I don't know who she actually is, so unless it was some version of love at first sight, I think she reminds me of someone well known, but who? I've been racking my brains and the best I can come up is Tori Black, but that's maybe an 80% match, and I had a feeling it was a mainstream actress or singer...
