This is most definitely Ai Generated imo.
Apart from the general smoothness and silky smooth there is her right hand and ear. Look between her thumb and index finger, there is like another finger growing out going right into her cheek, or some webbing merging with the skin.
Then her ear, it's growing into an elf like tip but doesn't actually come back down in the front.
Last but not least the dead channel, which could just be youtube striking porn but it's still not a good look.
