After many reverse image searches I THINK I've found out she goes by the nickname "hulkandisa" but I can't seem to find the video from the image on the top right, let alone understand if it's actually her or not. I have found this website that searches based on faces but the source websites are behind a paywall, but maybe it can help someone figure out where the video comes from.
