Name of this green hair goth/scene girl?

I've tried reverse searching but all leads are cold, Someone said 'Emitherenfairy' but google has no results what so ever, another person said 'Emilia' but that's way too vague, if anyone knows who she is or where I can find more of her then you are a legend.
