The photographer is credited as Stephan Wayda and below that we have the names of the models appearing in the various photos: Angelique, Carrie Westcott, Courtney, Deanna, Deborah, Jennifer, Leoni, Lonnie, Mirella, Nicole, Shawn and Stacy
She just may be Mirella, as@Guilliman has suggested. Since her name does appear among the listed models.JustMannreport

@JustMann @Guilliman I've had a look at a copy of that magazine, and it's not very clear, but it seems to refer to the model in that pic as Leoni. Might she be Tea Leoni?pogo2report

@Guilliman do you have something I can use to verify that? I've searched for the pic with her, but I haven't found anything to be sure, and I don't see markings on her body to match neitherpogo2report
