Who is this redhead?

I saw this girl on a PMV ("Hit it Hard" is the title). In another clip of the same video, she takes a closed eyes, open mouth facial. You can't see it in this screenshot, but she's also wearing beige heels, and obviously is wearing the black-and-white top. Any link to the video would also be appreciated!
