What Can You Come Up With... For This One?
.
Years ago, I had run into a series of ads in the style of the above - and when I encountered this sample, I was surprised to come up empty after a search. I'm most interested in what the company behind it is (and if you chance upon the video itself, hey, throw it in too); what IS it? Says "Sub-Space," but the closest thing, "Subspaceland.com" is all dark and gloomy. (One above doesn't shy away from light colored backgrounds.) "Sexually Broken"... no. "Dominated Girls"... I don't think so.
There is another clue at top right, writing by porn actress Nina Hartley; I learned she does BDSM columns here and there. I don't know if the photos serve to illustrate her columns, should be the other way around.. I'd guess. As I said, I remember seeing a series of the same style of these Sub-Space things years ago.
(I just noticed a ... crease ... running down the middle. Could this be a photo taking up two pages of a magazine..? But... I'm SURE I saw other presentations in the same style as this one. Boy.)
The model may or may not be Ava Vincent, A.K.A. Jewel Valmont. But I don't know. (I know so little.) Thank you.

Larry Flynt Publications is the company that publishes the Hustler magazine. They also publishes many other magazines with the same brand, since, (I think) November 1998, Hustler's Taboo is one of them. It is specialized in fetishistic material, especially bondage.
It's in this magazine where Nina Hartley does her advice column, called Sub-Space.
I think that this tweet (https://twitter.com/ninaland/status/186310967188127744) indicates on which publication she began her contribution to the magazine. So I hope I've helped you with this information and that allows you to find what you wanted.
I can't help you much more because English it's not my first language (as you have probably noticed by my mistakes) and that limits me to further investigation.

I just noticed your answer... three months later. Thank you, T0rtilla; so I suppose the answer is that this was from a magazine after all, and there is no video.
Your English is actually very good.
