Their names are/were Grey aka Shadesofgrey222 (the girl on the left) and Mar aka Weirdgirlmar (the girl on the right), here in a scene released by a married couple that uses/used the name Gothjock aka Gothjockof, Gothjock216 on reddit and OnlyFans (she is Weirdgirlmar and refers to him as J and Jason).
Based on a few comments accompanying the couple's uploads, Grey was a close friend of the couple who decided to shoot a few scenes together when the couple started on OnlyFans.
It seems she's not active in porn anymore - her accounts are inactive.
A full version of this scene was released on OnlyFans at some point in the past, but I don't know the official title and how long the original scene was. On the following link, 2 big files of many of their past scenes were leaked (as of right now, both links are active):

Unfortunately - a few months ago, the couple deleted their accounts on twitter, reddit and redgifs! :-( I don't know the reason, but hundreds of short clips and teasers are gone now.
