The reel in question is a reupload by "charlizewhite" shitpost account, which definitely tags the Daria Troitskaia (https://www.instagram.com/dariatroitskaia/) account. However, I'm not sure if it's actually her in the video—it's possible she might have been the photographer instead.

This isn't the original Instagram post, and a lot of the fragments from FB video seem to be missing.

Some additional details:
- Some parts were filmed in St. Petersburg, Russia.
- The last part of the video was filmed in Milan, Italy.
