I would not have necessarily believed it myself. At first I got onto the idea by way of pimeyes facial recognition, which can be hit or miss.

I then confirmed this by checking screenshots of Dee from here:

Among the many sites that do this, this one I found to be very accurate. It barely ever gives a false positives.
Anything above 80 % is considered the same person with this model. Here are the results, of these 3 screenshots vs 3 Dee Dilliams shots, which would be a total of 9 combinations, 6 matched above 80:
