What is the full clip or movie this comes from (possibly Aja, unsure)?

I've only ever seen this clip in relation to it being replayed over and over and at different speeds. I'm fairly sure this is Aja and maybe Mike Horner, but try as I might I haven't been able to identify where this clip or the movie it comes from. As this is the apparent finish or near finish to the scene, can anyone tell me where it comes from?
