Movie with lesbian ballerina / interracial threesome scenes

I'm looking for a movie from the early 90s (approx) with two particular scenes. One is a lesbian ballerina scene (see image) with a piano soundtrack. A later scene involves a female piano teacher bringing three of her students (one white male, one black male, one female) to a concert or performance. The white male leaves, leaving the black male, the female student and the female teacher to have a threesome.
