If you have a decent computer with a reasonable graphics card you can do it for free by running StableDiffusion on your own PC. There's a bit of a learning curve, but you can download all the required software for free (it's all open source), and follow an installation guide on youtube, like this one I used:

There are many other good guides on YT if you don't like that one. I run version 1.5 on my 4-year-old PC with a GeForce 2070, and I can make some pretty great stuff. If you have a more powerful PC, look into installing "StableDiffusion XL" instead, it's a newer version that can do even more.
Once you have the software fully installed, you'll need some models. I personally love downloading models from this site:
They have a ton of different models that you can just load up in the StableDiffusion interface, and they allow both SFW and NSFW models, so you can go nuts with creating porn if you want. There are specific models trained on anime styles, realistic porn, comics, and so on.
They also have a ton of little plug-ins called LORAs that you can use to improve the images you create. They can make your character do specific things, or pose in specific ways.

Go on any Ai site and put in some prompts, not really the site for this advice. Check reddit or some other forum
