What is the name of this movie

I saw this movie while I was doing some late night channel surfing in the early 2000's on cable. I dont remember the plot but I think the main characters were a wife who had big natural tits and pale skin but I cant remember if she was some sort of ginger. Her husband I dont remember much about but he was cheating on her with other women and she was cheating on him with some instructor that came to her house. There was even a scene where she was wearing some sort of leather bondage outfit while having sex with the instructor. There was also another scene where I believe the husband worked. In this scene a secretary (blonde) was talking to a woman (brunette) who was selling a pastries from a basket. Eventually the secretary took the woman into a conference room and they proceeded to have lesbian sex.
