Her name is/was Angelique Leclair aka Angeliquexxx, Angelique Xxx, Angelique, here with Celt, her partner in real life (they were engaged back then), in a photo that she posted in a blog entry titled Sex Finally! on her weblog Angeliques Diary on June 29th, 2009.

Based on what she wrote, no video exists:

However, I lurked around on the archived pages, and there is a description of a clip titled Fucked and Facial that's very close to what she wrote in the blog entry (I made another screenshot):

So, perhaps this clip is related to the picture? The problem is to find this specific clip after such a long time. There is a cumshot compilation from many of her scenes here:

And I think the sequence from mark 10:25 min to mark 10:40 min is from the scene Fucked and Facial. Could this be the scene related to the pic?!? I can't say for sure, but it might?
