Her name is Gitte aka Gitte Von G from Denmark.
I just scrolled through her entire history of posts on instagram, and I only found this post with a very similar pic to OPs upload from the same shoot:

This was uploaded in October 2020. There is one earlier post from March 2020 that might be from the same shoot; it's the same couch and it looks like the same oufit - but I'm not sure:
