OPs picture is originally from a now deleted reddit account with the name Henny_paige, active in summer 2016. When you use the wayback machine, you can find 1 single archived result of the reddit profile from July 2016:

Unfortunately, the reddit user chose the website imgur to upload all pics - the account on imgur named Hennypaige still exists:

If you have time and read all of these, you can learn that most commentators talk about the pics that were uploaded and that they are under the impression that the uploader is the couple of girls in the pics. Perhaps their names are even Henny and Paige - I'm not sure about it, but it could be possible.

And then there's talk about erotic writing and pictures for book covers - and that's when I found these 4 erotic books, authored by someone named Henny Paige:
