I think your answer is wrong!
1.) The tattoo above the ankle does indeed seem to indicate that the girl on the right is Francesca Le, not Ava Addams (as written below by @melonfarmer in the second answer). The post on NTPS looks like a wrong guess without proof.
2.) OPs picture might have been posted on Remy Lacroix' account on OnlyFans at some point in time, but it's much much older. For example, you can find the pic in a random forum post from December 2012 here without the OF label:
