I don't have a definitive answer but from what I've gathered she was an amateur and people dubbed her Green Lightning based on the tattoo on her rib cage. There are various galleries of her linked below. My guess is she was just some random girl who took some naughty pictures around 2005. The flip phone and late 90's style small TV are a giveaway of that era.
