Her name is Madison Lovely, here in a scene that was released on so many different websites - I can't find the original source (maybe it was licensed by Photorama - not sure).

But that's it - I can't find anything else about this scene. It's nowhere to be found on IAFd, data18 or indexxx - I don't know why...
