anyone know who this is?

I saw this on a friends discord server while looking for some random gifs, i asked him who this was and he said that he didn’t know and that he got a the gif from a server named “Brother’s Stash 18+” on the “Gifs” channel, the person who posted this gif there didn’t leave any identification tho.
