Well, fuck me. I called that shit. Turns out Red Head Restriction is a deviant art account that has photoshopped redheads on girls in bondage.

The girl in white looks like a red headed AI version of Chloë Grace Moretz. These look like first efforts bf he perfected the inputs commands, and probably bf AI got the update that fixed some of the eye and hand issues it was having, which are present in the Red Moretz photo.

This would explain why only her face didn't come up in searches. It's an amalgamation of hot red heads throughout history.
It occurs to me that the pic is probably in his premium gallery on deviant art but I'm not about to pay. Between the sex.com and the deviant art connection, I think we can say that this isn't real. The artist doesn't really DO real pics, more scuffed celebrity photoshops to AI red heads in bondage. He definitely had updated AI for his deviant art portfolio. On second look, maybe not actually.
