@Lassikhush when I opened the thread, your answer only contained something along the lines of "I think the guy is Peter Green". My answer is entirely my own findings plus you only added that she was also known as Kira Fox ONLY after you saw my answer, (didn't think I'd notice your edit?). Not to mention the fact that All Stepmoms Will Bow Before The Perv Principal is an entirely different movie from OP's GIF, you didn't even link the full movie.
