Ai 100%. Look closely at the hand of the brunette. Her index finger only has one joint. That's not normal.

The blonde's hand that is on the brunette's waist doesn't match up with the direction of her forearm (that you can see between the two of them. She'd have to have a crazy twist in her wrist to make that hand placement work, with her forearm angling way higher on the brunette's body.

Speaking of the hand on the brunette's waist: her ring finger looks like it is shorter and thinner than her pinky.

And as others have noted, the fingernails on both of them are very small and malformed.
