All that I could find out is that this is an image used by an online facebook scam which tricks people into giving out credit card information.
From the pic I can only speculate that this is not a pornstar, there is no video and this is most likely the only image of the girl. With the face censored it would be even harder to determine her identity and has most likely been censored on the original image for that reason. Seems to me that this image is one of 1000s of random hacked/leaked selfies making it basically un-sourceable.
