I dont have the image but i know the story a little bit

I don't have the image but i know the ending of the video...not sure if anyone can help me only with the ending.It was a Japanese JAV and in that movie husband was out for business trip or any other reason and wife got fucked by father in law or someone else.but in the end husband cam suddenly saw her wife fucking that person he didn't said anything and left.he bought some flowers or gifts he left those outside of the room and when the wife came and saw the gift or flower she got to know to know that husband saw everything and left.
With this discription can anyone help me finding that Japanese JAV.
