Her name is Zelah, here in a (snuff) scene titled Terrorist Decimation 3, released by John Marshall for Peachy Keen Films (PKF) / PKF Studios.

Note:

The download file above seems to be a leaked copy with a stupid website label on it. I can't find any other "free" link at the moment.

Also, I can't find any info about Zelah, and it seems this is/was her only scene for this studio. Maybe she used other names for other productions? So far, I couldn't find anything... :-(
